At Gratitude Skateshop, we want you to be fully stoked on your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and original-packaged skate equipment and apparel. Please note that assembled custom complete skateboards are final sale to ensure the safety and quality of our hardware.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are in brand-new, resellable condition with all original tags and packaging intact before starting the process.
Initiate Request
Email our support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your gear in a shipping box—not just the shoebox or product packaging—and include your RMA slip inside the package.
Receive Refund
Once our shop crew inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
